Hello Pat and Faye. It's satisfying to be able to take a photo like the seaweed and snail. Although Pat resists the way I acknowledge chance (!) there was much in this . . . the season, the light, that the tide was out and that the snail happened to be grazing on this bit of weed when I went by.
Thank you for the invitation but adjusting images to create a different kind of art isn't something I want to spend time on at the moment. I can't keep up properly with what I am doing!
Oh Lucy! I agree that chance does play into it. but the photographer has to be able to "see" the shot and then capture it! I've been following you for a long time and you are VERY talented...

This little snail is camouflaged better than may seem. Some of the seaweed in the clump has yellow pods which look very snail like.
