Great shot, not exactly camoflaged!
This one is great. Wonderful picture.
Hello Hermes and Luis. This little snail is camouflaged better than may seem. Some of the seaweed in the clump has yellow pods which look very snail like.In case you are interested, I posted several more seaweed pictures on the Loose and Leafy blog today. This is the link to that post -http://looseandleafy.blogspot.com/2010/10/leaves-of-sea.htmlLucy
Why don't you play along digital fun challenge? I'm waiting for your entry... :)It took a sec to find the snail...
beautiful colors and detail!Nice one Lucy...
Very colorful and crisp..another great capture.
Hello Pat and Faye. It's satisfying to be able to take a photo like the seaweed and snail. Although Pat resists the way I acknowledge chance (!) there was much in this . . . the season, the light, that the tide was out and that the snail happened to be grazing on this bit of weed when I went by.Lucy
Hello Blogitse.Thank you for the invitation but adjusting images to create a different kind of art isn't something I want to spend time on at the moment. I can't keep up properly with what I am doing!Lucy
Oh Lucy!I agree that chance does play into it. but the photographer has to be able to "see" the shot and then capture it! I've been following you for a long time and you are VERY talented...
