Lucy Corrander said...: Hi, Hermes, one of the things I like about the notice in the picture is that it says 'Westbury' (next station along) and 'Weymouth' (end of the line). Someone must like 'W's.(Or simplicity.)

- It's a delightful colour, isn't it? Very peaceful.

There have never been any staff when I've visited this station. The waiting room has been locked and the ticket office closed. But it is a very pleasant and calm place to sit.

(Probably not when it's raining and cold though!)
