It looks like one could sink right into this if they weren't careful!Like petoskystone said, the texture is really cool!
Lucy, traveled from Oakville to London, Ontario two days ago - the banks of the highway where the snow had been made the most amazing patterns in the grass - no way we could stop, but the way the leaves your leaves are compacted in the mud brought back my missed image so clearly.
Petoskytone, hello.People often comment on the texture in my photos when I see mostly shape. But this one . . . it is all texture!Lucy
Hello Bentonflocke and welcome.I'm so glad you like the photos here.I look forward to hearing more of your comments in the months to come.Lucy
Hello Dot O.With the photo of the wet path:-http://picturesjustpictures.blogspot.com/2009/03/wet-path-on-hill.htmlI think the worst that could happen is that one would skid. But in this mud - I think one would go down half way up to one's knees.I stood very precariously on its edge to take the photo!Lucy
Barbarapc - The patterns in snow on grass, especially when it is melting, can look as if on another planet, don't you think?Lucy
