I find it hard to shake off the idea that clouds are floating countries . . . with people walking around and living on them . . . or at the very least, that they are solid enough to stand on so one could go exploring there.
Alan, our weather has been swinging around a lot. I took this last week and I'd gone out in a thick coat . . .
. . . by the time I took the photo, I was far too hot . . .
. . . by the time I took 'Mending the Bridge' (further down the page) I was glad of it . . .
. . . ten minutes after that - the rain arrived and I was jolly glad of that coat after all!

Beautiful! Ours are all leaden gray, and filled with the threat of snow. Yours looks friendly, a puffy white cloud bringing relief on a hot day.
