Hello Marka - I agree. There would have been a time when this tin roof would have been (almost) shiny and new. If things didn't change - they'd be boring!
In part it's my style - in part it's the pictures I chose for the blog, where simple often works best unless one expects one's readers to examine the detail in every picture.

P.S. What does one call people who visit a blog with no words? 'Readers' doesn't seem right when there's nothing to read and 'viewers' seems to imply movement.
