Red and white, circles and rectangle - It reminds me of a contemporary painting. I like it.

We should have an exhibition together!!!
BTW, what's your avatar picture?

Hello Blogitse.

Wouldn't that be fun? A sort of Finnish, Egyptian, English co-operation. Don't quite see how it could be arranged - but if inspiration strikes!

Oh, sorry, p.s. Yes. It's the top of some steps leading up from a Weymouth beach. (Newton's Cove below the Nothe Fort.)

Thank you for your very special comment on my boat photo. I never thought that it would be difficult to figure out the motif. :)

I like your photo here, the strong contrasts and the deep red.

Very nicely composed -- shapes and colors always make wonderful subject matter, and this one is quite unique and interesting.

Hello AKO.

Initially, I thought the oar was a telescope and that's what threw me. Sorry about that - but it made the photo all the more absorbing. It was only when I noticed the rollock that I realised what I was looking at.

!

Glad you like the contrasts and the brightness of the 'Salt and Crumbs' photo.

Hello Oz Girl.

This is yet another example of the triumph of the ordinary.
