Lucy Corrander said...: Strange wire - at least . . . the car is parked on Weymouth seafront and the wire has coloured lights hanging from it which stretch all along the promenade, except, of course, with it being daylight, they aren't on.

(I had to look up 'contrail' to find out what it is!)

I suppose you could do a dramatic reconstruction. Do you have an available car and a sufficient supply of grass?
