Very evocative - it brought the smell of autumn woods into this suburban bedroom for a minute, and your angle really brings out the rich variety of tones in the leaves.

And mud - the smell of leaf mud . . . and the squelching sounds of feet where the big trucks must have been when the trees were felled. . . . and rain and the rain washed air - it was, of course raining. Ah! The English countryside!
