Lots of texture and great green colors. At first glance I thought it was mint until I saw the enlarged photo.

I'm glad you like the photos of young nettles.

I'm also glad you left a comment because it gives me a chance to let you know I'm finding I can't get onto your blog at present . . . it never gets to the end of 'loading' on my (not very powerful) laptop.

It isn't the only blog I can't properly access at present but I thought I'd let you know I do try from time to time.

Hello, I'm a great fan of nettles. (Probably the only one.) And I too think they look like mint.

Mint and nettles look as if they belong to the same family but I don't think they do.

Perhaps you (or someone) would know why not.
