Hi, it's a very great blog.
I could tell how much efforts you've taken on it.
Keep doing!

How exciting to have a visitor from Taiwan!

I read that you are spending time on your blog while recovering from an operation and hope you feel very much better soon.

I see you are doing a lot of globe trotting through the blogs so - thank you for stopping by here as part of your tour!

Thanks Gary.

I'm never sure if it's not cheating to take a photo of something someone else has made . . . but I too was struck by the rich colours and textures of this scarf - and, cheating or not, succombed to posting a picture of it.

Such a beautiful scarf, great colors AND texture. I don't think it's cheating just because you didn't make the scarf! When a photographer sees something beautiful, well, we must capture the beauty! :)

Thank you for all your wonderful comments on my photo blog... I've been a bit absent the last week due to other priorities. I guess that's just life, eh?!

Hi Lucy!

Is it that cold down your way that you have to wrap your camera phone in a scarf? Or is it this year's fashion for phones?

Hi Lucy. I like your blog. I'm from Bermuda where the scarf is a bit of a rarity ... but still - looks good.

This is a lovely capture of color and texture.

And, if I only took pictures of things I made, you'd only see my kiddos on my 365 blog...and technically, I'm only responsible for half of each of them! LOL

Thank you too, Shibaguyz - for your encouragement and inspiring enthusiasm!

(Garden as well as camera!)

Glad you like the Scarf photo.

Bentonflocke and Elk - they are wonderful colours and texture, aren't they? It's been woven from very thin wool (in India) and crumpled up with occasional threads of elastine.

Oz Girl - I'm glad you don't think it's cheating!

It's a fine balance, I reckon, because if we restricted ourselves to photographing only things which we, ourselves, made . . . well, there wouldn't be many photos!

None the less - I feel honour bound to contribute something extra or different . . .

Welcome back, Gordon. I went over to your site wondering if there would be a 'happy on my holiday' poem but the tone was more sombre so I hope everything is ok.

Scarf - I've bought a 'proper' camera now and some of the photos coming through are from that instead of from a phone. (Still struggling with it!) But maybe the camera does need to be wrapped in a scarf. Yesterday, I had a panic because everything seemed to have been wiped from it . . . and from a card already full (still can't access either properly) . . . and quite a few photos on one of my flash sticks have been damaged somehow (covered in bright stripes which obliterate the picture). At present, I'm blaming lightening because I can't think of anything else which might have attacked several kinds of media simultaneously . . . but, maybe they just needed a scarf!

(Oh and the little memory stick adaptor gadget has stopped working too!)

Meanwhile . . . welcome back!

Hello Prospero - you may not need scarfs often on Bermuda (or should I say 'in'?) but your flowers certainly are colourful. Really enjoyed looking at some of them on your blog.

Sujomi - creating children is certainly very . . . well creative! (Very important too!).

Your comment has sent me off into wild ideas of a blog where only half pictures of people are shown. Very cheering and bizarre idea!
