Morning Hermes. It's sunny at last! (We had a proper thunder and lightening storm last night - did it reach Westbury?)
'Looking Up' pictures . . . don't worry about my back, Hermes. I rarely look up when I'm taking them.
This was taken on the phone and that was really good for sticking out in front of me and pointing the lens upwards so I didn't have to look through the lens when clicking the shutter.
I'm finding it quite hard to do the same thing with the camera. It has a 'half-push-down' focus mechanism which doesn't always work. Something to do with the angle, I suppose. (And it's harder to keep it steady too.)
These always seem very good pictures to me for a phone camera. My Sony camera has the same focus thing and I agree it can be a bit annoying at times. Still whatever works best and I do admire your ability to see the 'ordinary' from another viewpoint.
Bentonflocke - sometimes days in September promise autumn in the same way as spring promises summer. There is something very hopeful and expectant about the light.

I love these 'looking up' pictures Lucy, though I do worry about your back!
